We are situated about 3 hours from Caen, in a triangle between Laval, to the North, Chateau Gontier, to the south, and Sable sur Sarthe, to the East.</p> <p>Gite 1 (La Ferme) this is the original farmhouse dating to before the French Revolution. It has three bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 10 people. This has two bathrooms with WC, and a large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen.</p> <p>Both gites have satellite TV, DVD and hifi's. Externally they have private patios with BBQ and patio furniture as well as private parking.</p> <p>The whole site is set on nearly 2 hectares of open former farmland and we have a swimming pool (10m x 5.5m), games room with pool, darts, table tennis etc and loads of space to play or relax in. We also have a children's paddling pool, sand pit and swings. We also have a good selection of books and DVD's for those who don't wish to bring these with them.</p> <p>We are ideally situated for exploring the Loire or chateaux, or visiting historic towns like Le Mans, Angers, Nantes and Rennes which are all about 1 hours drive away.</p> <p>We supply all linen towels etc and have cots and high chairs available.
